Availability

When you rent the Hall for your event, you are allowed into the venue starting at 9:00am on the date of the event. You are welcome to use the hall until 1:00am.

Technology

You are welcome to use our state of the art projector and 10×14 screen. You can connect directly to our projector and sound system with a laptop or you can play a disc in our Bluray player.

Wireless internet access is available throughout the building.

We also offer wireless microphones both handheld and lavaliere styles.

Staff

Our Reception Hall is comprised of an experienced staff including an event coordinator ready to help turn your ideas into reality.

We also have our own cleaning staff and we will provide professional bartenders for your event if needed.

Decorations

We include the following decorations in your rental package: lighted fichus trees, decorative lighted arch, a lighted screen to display behind your cake table and centerpiece items.

Table linens are available in a variety of colors for an additional charge.

Seating

The Reception Hall has a dynamic entertainment space that can accommodate any style of event with seating for up to 300 people. We will take care of the set up and tear down with our tables and chairs.

Cleaning Services

Outside of picking up your own belongings, clearing your tables and taking out the trash, the Reception Hall will take care of the final cleaning.

This is included in your rental fee and covers services such as sweeping, mopping, moving tables and chairs and cleaning the restrooms.
